Current Situation of Concrete Pump Truck and Mixer Truck Industry in China-2

1. Technological progress is rapid, but there is still a certain gap with the advanced international level.

China began to explore and develop concrete pumping trucks in the 1970s and introduced technology to manufacture concrete pumping trucks in the 1980s. But in the real sense, the manufacture of domestic concrete pumping trucks should begin with the establishment of Zhonglian Company, the predecessor of Zhonglian Branch, in 1993. After decades of development, China has become the world's largest concrete pump supplier producer, accounting for half of the global production. At present, the concrete pump trucks manufactured by Sany Heavy Industry and Zhonglian Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. have reached a relatively high level. Despite the rapid development of boom concrete pump trucks and mixer trucks produced by concrete pump supplier in China in recent years, there are still some gaps between China and foreign advanced enterprises in fine design, quality control, product stability, and technology. At the same time, there are also some problems, such as lack of technical theory, insufficient application of existing theory, non-standard specification series, and insufficient localization of parts and components.
