Construction of Cement Concrete Batching Plant for MH Bigh-speed Project has been Completed

On the afternoon of March 6, 2018, cement concrete batching plant and its supporting facilities were completed.

There are four concrete mixing stations planned for MH high-speed project, of which two HZS50 concrete mixing stations are installed at the 4km prefabricated beam site on the left side of mainline K171, one HZS50 concrete mixing station, and one HZS75 concrete mixing station are installed at the 3km project site on the left side of mainline K187, and four concrete batching plants are responsible for 95,000 square meters of MH high-speed project and 11,000 square meters of concrete concrete concrete mixing station of Huanhu road supplying project. 

The large volume of the concrete and long route are the challenges faced by the cement concrete supply of our project. In the pre-planning of the project, the project leader makes a timely plan for the concrete supply work, and finally determines the number and location of cement concrete batching plant after giving full consideration to the concrete volume and distribution along the route and the site selection of the project camps.

In the process of cement concrete batching plant construction, project members give full play to their talents, from planning and procurement to layout, installation, and commissioning, everywhere reflects the project members'spirit of excellence and pursuit of excellence. Through the joint efforts of project members, cement concrete batching plant was successfully completed, providing a solid guarantee for the construction of concrete structures.
